The 28.5-acre Blue Heron Farm has been the First Family’s vacation destination of choice for the last three years

The Martha’s Vineyard estate where the Obama family has vacationed for the past three years is about to hit the market for $24.5 million, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The owner, Republican businessman William Van Devender, will officially put the 28.5-acre estate, known as Blue Heron Farm, on sale in mid-September.

According to the Hollywood Reporter:

The compound, which has hosted the Obamas three years running and has been rented out for $50,000 a week, is on Tisbury Great Pond in the town of Chilmark and includes two residences, equestrian facilities, a bocce ball court and a full gym.

Obama and his family were visiting the estate in late August when Hurricane Irene hit; the President cut his vacation short to return to Washington D.C. before the storm arrived.

He isn’t the first President to spent time on the estate; Bill Clinton also attended a dinner there in 1998.
